Good Samaritan
This photo I took this past week at St. John of God church here in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
This church has attracted a lot of people to come for various devotions, one of them being to the crucifed Christ.
Tomorrow Sunday is about the Good Samaritan. A story about being of service and helping others.
Your brother Benny is working in a nursing home for the aged.
They are neglected and not appreciated by their own children.
All of a sudden they become worthless and not useful anymore.
That is our Society today.
I am sure that you see it with the families of your own students.
At least you continue to have an appreciation for your own Mother and all that she has done for you.
There are many challenges or struggles in life today as you well know. We are faced with many of them. As we continue to move forward in our own lives their are a lot of obstacles on the road.
I do not hear from you now and I guess you are busy with your students and probably you have no interest in checking the computer on a daily basis either.
Well on this Sunny Saturday morning with the temperature being at 72 degrees F. It is cool in the morning but it warms up during the day time.
It really never gets very cold here. We will be having a lot of visitors here this coming week from Maryknoll, New York and the United States. They will be here for two weeks more or less.
So I am writing to you with the hope of hearing from you.
lots of love,
Frank
