Thinking of you today

Dear Thomas,

I got your quick note this Monday morning when I had returned from classes.
Sorry to hear about the difficulties now for you.
There is always a risk when you bring someone to your room. There is always a chance that someone sees you bringing the Doctor in your room. And then again can hear something as well. They can always put their ear against the door to listen to some noise etc.
This is always the risk that you put yourself into.
I am very conscious of this in my own life. And also got some scares as well and to the point of being reported.
So I know the feeling and the situation that you are in.
Your Superior also senses something as well I am sure.

Well today is Monday morning and it is on the cold side today with the temperature this morning being 2 below 0 celusis. The word is not spelt correctly but I hope that you understand what I am talking about.

I went to Mass at St. John of God Church here in Cochabamba. The statue of Our Lady of Carmen is shown above that I had taken a photo of.
In this church which was at one time a chapel for a hospital that was runned by the community St. John of God. The hospital doesn't exist any more and the community iw working in another part of this city which I down't know the exact place.

The Church has Masses going on every 30 minutes or half hour each morning starting at 7:30 in the morning. There are four priests who attend this Church and each one has around 3 Masses to celebrate.

The Masses are for the intentions of those who have died in a family.
So a lot of people come to Mass and also to visit the various statues of Saints and also the Crucified Christ that comes from Chile and is known for its miracles.

I was thinking of you this morning.

So it is my prayer that you will be careful and not to put yourself into any difficult situation and especially with your Superior. You already know what has happened to your brother Benny and here in Bolivia with the Brother from Germany who is a member of your staff on the Council and considered your Brother as being useless which ia an awlful thing to say.

So this is what I want to say to you this morning. I am sorry to hear that it is still very hot in Northern India, where you are. Please take care of yourself.

Prayers and best wihes with love,
Frank
